Johns Hopkins leaders are collaborating with Sightline to create Workday Transition Teams. These teams support local-level readiness for the new Workday platform and updated business processes.
Leaders identified key individuals to serve on these teams, extending the reach of key Workday engagements and communications.
Workday Transition Teams will serve two essential purposes:
- Two-way communication: ensure that stakeholders understand the transformational impacts of Workday while creating two-way dialogue between Sightline and local units
- Operational readiness: support operational readiness by engaging units in Workday implementation activities
There will be more than 90 Workday Transition Teams across Hopkins, representing entities, divisions, and central offices across the health system and university.
Workday Transitions Teams bring local connections to a transformational initiative to ensure that the future of administrative work is built together.
