Collaboration, creation, and feedback are at the heart of Sightline. Thousands of participants across Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System are already engaged with the program. Participants helped select technologies, are now providing ideas and feedback on Workday and mySolutionTeam designs, and are preparing their teams for updated business processes. More chances to engage, share ideas, and help shape the future are on the way.

The Sightline team kicked off work in September 2023. Sightline’s milestones track the program’s progress from the planning and design of Workday through focused Workday training in 2027. Program support will continue beyond Workday Go Live in summer 2027.
