Participants helped select Workday, and Huron as the system implementor, and are now providing ideas and feedback on the business transformation. The journey is just beginning. More chances to engage, share ideas, and help shape the future are on the way.

The Sightline program is already underway, but a transformation of this scale doesn’t happen overnight. Involvement and input from employees across Johns Hopkins is essential during each program phase to reach Sightline's milestones. The anticipated go-live date is July 2027.
