Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of joining the Sightline team?
Sightline team members will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, network across the institution, and collaborate with experts in higher education and health care.
How many people are on the Sightline team, and how many are expected to be hired?
In the first wave of hiring for Sightline, approximately 80 positions on the program team will be filled. When all hiring concludes, there will be over 200 full-time Sightline program staff.
What are the plans for full-time Sightline positions after the go-live in July 2027?
While most Sightline positions are tied to the overall program completion date (2027), a smaller support team for the new software and business processes will continue for an extended period. The goal is to return every Sightline staff person back to similar roles in the institution. Sightline staff will be highly valuable as new leading experts on the system and processes. There is a project incentive structure in place to recognize the risk of a time-bound position, and to support external placement should it be needed.
